To start a good year, the residents of the CTE Valldaura Therapeutic and Educational School will go to the Patum de Berga Museum (Berga, Barcelona).
Located in the capital of Berguedà, this museum is known as “La Casa de la Patum”. This cultural outlet aims to be a small tasting of the Berga party par excellence, La Patum, declared an Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2005.
The museum was opened to the public in November 2007, and since then everyone who wants to approach this magnificent Berguedan tradition can do it in a very direct and interactive way throughout the year. The activity is encompassed within the scope of the set of activities that take place in the classroom, and previously the festival will have been addressed and, once the visit is made, a final work will be done.
