On Sunday January 29, 2017, within the psychotherapeutic activities that are carried out, Silvia Lleonart held an Art Therapy workshop at the Valldaura CTE.
This discipline is a type of psychotherapy based on the use of the plastic arts as the main means of communication that facilitates the exploration of the patient’s thoughts and emotions. In this workshop, the boys and girls residing in the principles of art therapy and in the correspondence between colors and emotions were introduced. After the initial exposure, each assistant performed a painting that dominated the color corresponding to the emotion or feeling that presided over his state of mind. In the end, a mural was made with all the works of the participating residents.
