On Friday, May 19 2017, members of the Miguel Torres Foundation, led by Mireia Torres Maczassek, visited the Amalgama7 Therapeutic and Educative School CTE Can Ros.
In this visit, members of the presidential team and directors of the Fundación Privada Portal, in support of boys and girls with dual disorders and their families, and of Amalgama7 presented to the Miguel Torres Foundation the task they carry out in the care Therapeutic and educative development of teenagers and young people and their families.
The Miguel Torres Foundation was created in 1986 by Miguel Torres and Waltraud Maczassek -heirs of the prestigious Torres wine company, originally from Penedès region (Barcelona) and currently spread throughout the world- to allocate aid to projects aimed at protecting children through the construction of educational centres and foster homes for orphans at risk of social exclusion in different countries of the world.
