What is a day at Can Ros like?
The day begins just before 8am. First of all, it’s time to get dressed, make the bed and have breakfast. After clearing the table comes the first group therapy session and then it’s off to class. At the same time, individual clinical care begins, whereby each resident, depending on their Therapeutic Plan, has a programme of clinical sessions. In mid-morning we have a short break and a snack.
Educative and clinical activities then continue until lunchtime. After a short recreation period, socio-educative, clinical and tutoring activities are run in parallel. After the afternoon snack (5pm), as the evening approaches, residents meet their group living units. It’s time for showers and tdying up. Dinner begins at 8pm and is followed by a group therapy session for each living unit, followed by leisure time, and the lights go out at 10.30pm.
