Commemorative days of the 20 years of the PAIMM and the PAIME

November 8th and 9th 2018, Amalgama7 has been present at the commemorative days of the 20 years of the PAIMM, organized by the Barcelona College of Phisycians.

The catalan Program of Comprehensive Care for the Sick Physician (PAIMM), pioneer in Europe, is aimed at offering appropriate care to physicians with psychic problems and / or addictive behaviors that can interfere with professional practice. Its objective is to help them in their recovery for that they can return to practice medicine in optimal conditions for patients. From the PAIMM, the PAIME (spanish Comprehensive Care Program for the Sick Physician) —whose commemorative day will be held on November 22nd in Madrid— was developed in the schools of doctors from the rest of Spain, and Catalonia has been gradually incorporated as well. other professional groups in the field of health in order to provide assistance and collegial response through the Galatea Foundation.

The Days were organized by the Barcelona College of Phisycians, the Council of Medical Associations of Catalonia and the Galatea Foundation.
